BriefFlash is dedicated to delivering accurate, dependable reporting. When errors occur — whether factual inaccuracies, misattributed quotes, benchmark discrepancies, or typographical mistakes — we are committed to correcting them promptly, transparently, and completely.

We do not quietly overwrite substantive errors or delete articles to conceal mistakes. Our readers deserve complete visibility into how and when stories are modified.

How Corrections Are Displayed

  • Substantive Factual Corrections: If an article contained incorrect facts, dates, names, or performance data, the story is updated immediately with a prominent correction note placed at the top or bottom of the article. The note specifies what was incorrect, what the accurate information is, and the timestamp when the correction was applied.
  • Clarifications: If an article is factually accurate but the phrasing was ambiguous, incomplete, or open to misinterpretation, a clarification note is appended explaining the added context.
  • Minor Typographical Fixes: Minor spelling or grammatical edits that do not alter the factual meaning of the article may be corrected directly without a formal correction notice.

How to Request a Correction

We encourage readers, researchers, and company representatives to contact us immediately if they identify an error in any BriefFlash article.

  • The exact URL of the article.
  • The specific paragraph or sentence containing the error.
  • The proposed correction and supporting primary evidence (such as a link to official documentation, paper preprint, or official press release).
