ADVERTISING STANDARDS

Sponsored Content & Advertising Policy

BriefFlash Commercial Standards • Last Updated: August 2026 • Publisher: Alex Carter

1. Separation of Editorial and Commercial Activities

BriefFlash maintains an impenetrable wall between our journalistic editorial coverage and commercial partnerships. Advertisers, sponsors, and corporate partners have zero influence over what stories we cover, how we evaluate technology, or the conclusions reached by editor Alex Carter.

2. Mandatory Clear Labeling

We believe in absolute clarity for our audience. Any paid commercial content or promotional placement on BriefFlash is conspicuously labeled:

  • “Sponsored Content” or “Partner Content”: Used for paid articles, native placements, or collaborative guides provided or funded by an advertiser.
  • “Advertisement”: Used for direct display banners, dedicated newsletter sponsorship slots, or programmatic ad units.
  • Affiliate Disclosure: If an article contains links through which BriefFlash may earn a small commission, a clear disclosure is placed at the top of the article. Editorial recommendations are never influenced by affiliate commissions.

3. Prohibited Content

BriefFlash does not accept advertising or sponsorships related to:

  • Deceptive AI crypto/financial schemes or unverified “get-rich-quick” automation claims.
  • Malware, unvetted spyware, or invasive scraping tools.
  • Unethical AI generation tools designed to produce non-consensual deepfakes or spam networks.
  • Any product or service that violates our core ethical standards or applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Advertising Inquiries

For legitimate advertising, brand partnerships, or newsletter sponsorship inquiries, please contact our commercial team at partnerships@briefflash.com.
